心理护理对偏头痛患者心理状态的影响研究

摘要	分析心理护理对偏头痛患者心理状态的影响。方法选取 2020 年 8 月~2021 年 8 月期间我院收治的 100 例偏头痛患者，随机分为观察组与对照组各 50 例，分别实施心理护理与常规护理，比较护理心理状态、护理质量评分、生活质量以及治疗依从性。结果观察组护理后的 SAS、SDS 评分低于对照组，有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组的护患关系、护理服务、行为干预评分均高于对照组，有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组护理后的精神活动、社会功能、生理功能、情感职能评分均高于对照组，有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组的饮食、用药、睡眠、运动依从评分均高于对照组，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论偏头痛患者在实施心理护理干预后，不良心理状态得到明显改变，提高了护理质量与治疗依从性，改善了生活质量，值得而临床推广。
Abstract	Objective to analyze the influence of psychological nursing on the mental state of migraine patients. Methods 100 migraine patients admitted to our hospital from August 2020 to August 2021 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 50 cases each. Psychological nursing and routine nursing were implemented respectively, and nursing psychological status, nursing quality score, quality of life and treatment compliance were compared. Results the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group after nursing were lower than those of the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05); The scores of nurse patient relationship, nursing service and behavior intervention in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05); The scores of mental activity, social function, physiological function and emotional function in the observation group after nursing were higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05); The compliance scores of diet, medication, sleep and exercise in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion after the implementation of psychological nursing intervention, the bad psychological state of migraine patients has been significantly changed, the nursing quality and treatment compliance have been improved, and the quality of life has been improved, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
