个体化健康教育在癫痫患者护理中的应用价值分析

摘要	分析癫痫患者护理中应用个体化健康教育的效果。方法随机将 84 例患者分成两组，42 例对照组和 42 例研究组，给予对照组普通护理，给予研究组个体化健康教育，对比两组的护理结果。结果护理后，对比两组的焦虑和抑郁分数，观察组均低于对照组；对比两组的服药依从性和生活质量分数，观察组均明显高于对照组，均有显著差异（P<0.05）。结论对癫痫患者应用个体化健康教育，可以改善患者的负面情绪，并提升患者的服药依从性和生活质量。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the effect of individualized health education in the nursing of epilepsy patients. Methods 84 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 42 cases of control group and 42 cases of study group. The control group was given general nursing, the study group was given individualized health education, and the nursing results of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. The scores of medication compliance and quality of life of the two groups were compared, and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, with significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusions The application of individualized health education to patients with epilepsy can improve their negative emotions, and improve their medication compliance and quality of life.
