老年护理领域中存在的问题及其应对探讨研究

摘要	过调研当下在老年人护理领域服务的现状分析其中存在的问题，了解当下，老年人对于护理服务的需求有哪些，并提出切实可行的老年护理领域老年人护理服务对策，提升老年人会服务满意度。方法选择 2020 年 1 月-2021 年 12 月期间在老年护理服务中心进行实地调研，对 20 名护理人员进行调研。结果 ①老年服务并不重视老年人的身体健康情况；②对于老年人心理状态重视程度不足；③对老年人社会活动情况重视不足。结论根据调研发现收入越高且自理能力越差的老人对于老年护理服务的需求最高，并且老年人对于老年护理服务的需求量也在不断的提高。加强老年护理服务中心提供多样化的老年人护理服务，重视护理人才的培养，明确老年护理服务标准有着非常重要的意义。
Abstract	Objective To investigate the current situation of elderly care services in the field of analysis of the existing problems, to understand the current, elderly demand for nursing services, and put forward feasible elderly care services in the field of elderly care countermeasures, improve the satisfaction of the elderly service. Methods Field research was conducted in geriatric nursing service center from January 2020 to December 2021, and 20 nursing staff were investigated. Results ① The elderly services do not pay attention to the physical health of the elderly; (2) lack of attention to the mental state of the elderly; (3) insufficient attention is paid to the social activities of the elderly. Conclusion According to the survey, it is found that the elderly with higher income and poorer self-care ability have the highest demand for geriatric nursing services, and the demand for geriatric nursing services is also increasing. It is of great significance to strengthen the geriatric nursing service center to provide diversified nursing services for the elderly, pay attention to the training of nursing talents, and clarify the standard of geriatric nursing service.
