摘要	分析个体化围术期优质护理对肛瘘围术期患者心理状态与疼痛评分的影响。方法选择本院 2021.08——2022.05 收诊的肛瘘手术治疗病人，共计 80 名，在围术期接受护理干预。按照入院时间顺序不同分出常规组（2021.08——2021.12）、实验组（2022.01——2022.05），每组 40 名。常规组实施常规护理，实验组实施个体化优质护理，对比两组心理状态（MSSNS）评分、不同时间疼痛（VAS）评分、术后恢复指标、肛门动力学参数。结果相较常规组，实验组 MSSNS 评分、不同时间 VAS 评分、术后恢复指标更低，P＜0.05。相较常规组，实验组肛门动力学参数更优，P＜0.05。结论肛瘘病人接受个体化围手术期优质护理干预，可快速消除不良心理、疼痛反应，值得普及应用。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the influence of individualized perioperative quality nursing on the psychological status and pain score of patients with anal fistula during perioperative period. Methods A total of 80 patients with anal fistula admitted to our hospital from August 2021 to May 2022 were selected for perioperative nursing intervention. According to the order of admission time, the patients were divided into routine group (2021.08-2021.12) and experimental group (2022.01-2022.05), with 40 in each group. Routine nursing was carried out in the routine group, and individualized high-quality nursing was carried out in the experimental group. The scores of mental state (MSSNS), pain at different times (VAS), postoperative recovery indexes, and anal dynamics parameters of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the conventional group, the experimental group had lower MSSNS scores, VAS scores at different times, and postoperative recovery indicators (P<0.05). Compared with the conventional group, the anal dynamic parameters in the experimental group were better (P<0.05). Conclusion Individualized perioperative high-quality nursing intervention for patients with anal fistula can quickly eliminate adverse psychological and pain reactions, which is worth popularizing.
