人文关怀理念在辅助生殖中心不孕症患者护理中的开展价值

摘要	分析人文关怀理念用于辅助生殖中心不孕症护理的价值。方法对 2020 年 8 月-2022 年 7 月本院辅助生殖中心接诊不孕症病人（n=64）进行随机分组，试验和对照组各 32 人，前者采取人文关怀护理，后者行常规护理。对比 SDS 评分等指标。结果关于 SDS 和 SAS 评分，干预结束时：试验组数据分别是（31.65±3.84）分、（33.79±4.16）分，和对照组数据（44.28±4.17）分、（46.38±4.93）分相比更低（P＜0.05）。关于妊娠成功率，试验组数据 78.13%，和对照组数据 50.0%相比更高（P＜0.05）。关于不孕症认知度：试验组数据（90.31±3.28）分，和对照组数据（69.54±5.27）分相比更高（P＜0.05）。关于满意度，试验组数据 96.87%，和对照组数据 78.12%相比更高（P＜0.05）。结论辅助生殖中心不孕症护理用人文关怀理念，效果显著，妊娠成功率更高，负性情绪缓解也更为迅速，满意度改善更加明显。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the value of humanistic care concept for infertility care in assisted reproductive centers. Methods Infertility patients (n=64) were treated in the assisted reproductive center from August 2020 to July 2022, with 32 people each in the control group, the former took humanistic care and the latter did routine care. Contrast the SDS score and other indicators. Results For SDS and SAS scores, at the end of the intervention: (31.65 ± 3.84), (33.79 ± 4.16), and controls (44.28 ± 4.17), (46.38), respectively (P <0.95). Regarding the pregnancy success rate, the test group data was 78.13%, much higher compared with 50.0% for the control group data (P <0.05). On infertility awareness: the test group data (90.31 ± 3.28) score was higher than the control group data (69.54 ± 5.27) score (P <0.05). Regarding satisfaction, the test group data was 96.87%, much higher than 78.12% in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The concept of humanistic care for infertility care in assisted reproductive centers is remarkable, with higher success rate of pregnancy, faster relief of negative emotions, and more obvious improvement of satisfaction.
