摘要	职业病诊断档案管理工作关乎到职业病防治、职业病鉴定等工作。同时，它也对各行各业劳动者的健康有着评价、指导等作用。加强职业病档案管理工作需要从档案规范化、档案标准化入手，针对档案管理有关的制度、技术、人力资源等展开详细调整，要保证职业病诊断档案的系统性，力争为劳动者、职业病鉴定机构以及相关部门提供相应的信息，为提高我国职业病防治水平做出贡献。
Abstract	the management of occupational disease diagnosis archives is related to occupational disease prevention and identification. At the same time, it also plays an important role in evaluating and guiding the health of workers in all walks of life. To strengthen the management of occupational disease archives, we need to start with the standardization of archives, and make detailed adjustments to the systems, technologies, human resources, etc. related to archives management. We should ensure the systematization of occupational disease diagnosis archives, and strive to provide corresponding information for workers, occupational disease identification institutions, and relevant departments, so as to make contributions to improving the level of occupational disease prevention and control in China.
