摘要	研究护理干预在体腔热灌注治疗恶性胸腹水过程中的应用效果。方法随机将我院 2019 年 1 月-2021 年 12 月期间收治的恶性胸腹水患者 98例进行随机分组，所有患者均接受体腔热灌注治疗，分析不同护理方式的应用效果。结果实验组治疗依从性、护理满意度高于对照组，不良反应发生率低于对照组，且心理状态改善优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论在恶性胸腹水患者接受体腔热灌注治疗的过程中采用高效的综合护理干预，能够有效降低患者治疗期间的痛苦，降低患者出现不良反应的概率，使其依从性得到提升。
Abstract	Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention in the process of body cavity heat perfusion in the treatment of malignant hydrothorax and abdomen. Methods A total of 98 patients with malignant pleural effusion admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were randomly divided into two groups. All patients received coelomic hyperthermic perfusion therapy, and the application effects of different nursing methods were analyzed. Results The treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group, and the improvement of psychological state was better than that of the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion The use of efficient comprehensive nursing intervention in the process of coelomic heat perfusion therapy for patients with malignant pleural effusion can effectively reduce the pain of patients during treatment, reduce the probability of adverse reactions, and improve their compliance.
