循证护理在急诊监护室脑梗死患者护理中的作用

摘要	探析循证护理在急诊监护室脑梗死患者护理中的作用。方法选取 2021 年 1 月~2022 年 1 月我院急诊监护室收治的 32 例脑梗死患者，随机分为两组，对照组 16 例实施常规护理，观察组 16 例实施循证护理，对比两组的神经功能缺损程度、运动功能、生活质量、日常生活能力。结果护理后，观察组的 NIHSS 评分低于对照组，且 FMA 评分、MBI 评分均高于对照组，有统计学意义（P<0.05）；护理后，观察组的各项生活质量评分高于对照组，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组的护理满意度 93.75%高于对照组 62.50%，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论针对脑梗死患者实施循证护理可以提高运动功能和日常生活能力，神经功能缺损状况得到改善，提升生活质量，值得临床推广
Abstract	Objective To explore the role of evidence-based nursing in the nursing of patients with cerebral infarction in emergency care unit. Methods Thirty two patients with cerebral infarction admitted to the emergency care unit of our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group (16 cases) received routine nursing care, and the observation group (16 cases) received evidence-based nursing care. The degree of neural function defect, motor function, quality of life, and daily living ability of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the FMA score and MBI score were higher than those of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05); After nursing, the scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 93.75% higher than that of the control group (62.50%, P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of evidence-based nursing for patients with cerebral infarction can improve motor function and daily living ability, improve the neurological deficit, and improve the quality of life, which is worthy of clinical promotion
