摘要	讨论关节镜治疗膝关节骨性关节炎围手术期的康复护理措施。方法按照研究纳入标注与排除标准从2021 年9 月-2022 年9 月内本院收治的接受关节镜治疗的膝关节骨性关节炎患者中选68 例作为实验组对象，编号 1-68 号，随机分为对照组与实验组各 34 例，对照组采用常规护理干预，实验组采用围术期康复护理，对比护理效果。结果不同护理方案实施后，实验组患者膝关节功能更好、日常生活能力更好、关节优良率更高，相关指标对比对照组差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论针对接受接受关节镜治疗的膝关节骨性关节炎患者实施围术期康复护理干预，患者膝关节功能显著恢复、关节优良率显著提升，日常生活功能得以有效改善，围术期康复护理临床效果好，有推广应用价值。
Abstract	Objective To discuss the perioperative rehabilitation nursing measures of arthroscopic treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods According to the research into the annotation and exclusion standard 9 months from September 2021-2022 in our hospital were treated with arthroscopy choose 68 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis as experimental object, no. 1-68, all 34 cases were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, control group using conventional nursing intervention, the experimental group USES the perioperative rehabilitation nursing, Compare the nursing effect. Results After the implementation of different nursing programs, the knee joint function of patients in the experimental group was better, the ability of daily living was better, and the excellent and good rate of joint was higher, and the relevant indicators were statistically significant compared with the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of perioperative rehabilitation nursing intervention for knee osteoarthritis patients who received arthroscopic treatment can significantly recover knee function, significantly improve the excellent and good rate of joint, and effectively improve the function of daily life. The clinical effect of perioperative rehabilitation nursing is good, which has the value of promotion and application.
