摘要	小儿反复呼吸道感染是儿科诊疗中常见的呼吸系统感染性疾病，受环境因素改变、生活行为结构调整等因素的影响，本病的发病率呈现一定升高趋势。明确小儿反复呼吸道感染的危险因素有助于推进本病防控工作的开展，除却积极预防外，临床针对小儿反复呼吸道感染的治疗方案也推陈出新。本研究主要结合近年来小儿反复呼吸道感染相关研究文献资料，就本病的主要危险因素与临床治疗进展进行综述分析，为后续相关诊疗、防控工作的开展提供部分思路。
Abstract	Recurrent respiratory tract infection in children is a common respiratory infectious disease in pediatric diagnosis and treatment. Influenced by environmental factors and adjustment of life behavior structure, the incidence of recurrent respiratory tract infection has shown a certain increasing trend.Clear risk factors of recurrent respiratory tract infection in children are helpful to promote the prevention and control of the disease. In addition to active prevention, clinical treatment for recurrent respiratory tract infection in children is also innovative.In this study, the main risk factors and clinical treatment progress of recurrent respiratory tract infection in children were reviewed and analyzed based on the literature in recent years, so as to provide some ideas for the follow-up related diagnosis, treatment, prevention and control work.
