Pregnancy complicated with heart disease has become the main disease that threatens maternal safety and long-term cardiovascular health, especially the heart disease caused by pregnancy-induced hypertension is increasing year by year, which requires our obstetricians to grasp the signal of identifying serious heart disease complications and the ability to handle it in a timely manner[1]. In this paper, a pregnant woman diagnosed with acute left heart failure at 38 weeks of gestation was selected for treatment in our hospital. After active rescue and treatment, both the pregnant woman and the fetus survived. This case is mainly to discuss the identification of such pregnant women, the summary of treatment experience and the selection of anesthesia methods.
