| 摘要 |
分析叙事护理施以精神分裂症患者对其生活质量和家属负性情绪的影响。方法 分析对象选择于2020.11~2021.11就诊于我院的精神分裂症患者和患者家属各76例，随机数字法予以分组研究，施以叙事护理的38例患者分入试验组，施以常规护理的38例患者分入对照组。结果 与对照组对比，试验组患者家属心理状态评分（SDS、SAS）护理后明显低（P<0.05）；护理前生活质量评分2组比较P>0.05；与对照组对比，试验组患者护理后生活质量评分明显较高（P<0.05）。结论 叙事护理施以精神分裂症患者效果突出，不但可改善患者生活质量，同时可改善患者家属负性情绪，建议推广。

| Abstract |
Objective: Analyze the impact of patients with schizophrenia on the quality of life and family members negative emotions with schizophrenia. Methods: Analysis objects Select 76 patients and family members of patients and patients with patients and family members of patients in our hospital. The random digital method was studied in groups. 38 patients were divided into the control group. Results: Compared with the control group, the psychological status score of the family members of the test group (SDS, SAS) was significantly low (P <0.05); the quality score of 2 groups before the care of the nursing was compared with P> 0.05; compared with the control group, the test group patients care Later, the quality of life is significantly higher (P <0.05). Conclusion: The effects of patients with schizophrenia are outstanding, which can not only improve the quality of life of patients, but also improve the negative emotions of patients families. It is recommended to promote it.
