| 摘要 |
在我国社会经济快速发展的形势下对外交流的规模也在不断扩展，从上世纪90年代开始旅游产业开始逐渐成长为我国市场经济发展中的重要支柱。但在旅游产业快速发展的过程中，高素质、专业化的旅游从业人才出现了严重匮乏的现象，在旅游企业中一线基层管理人才也出现了巨大断层。鉴于这种状况，为了谋求长远发展，为旅游行业发展输送大量专业化人才，各高职院校旅游管理专业在教学改革方面投入了大量精力，也取得了巨大成果，但仍然存在一些问题亟待解决。本文主要对高职院校旅游专业管理改革问题进行探讨。

| Abstract |
Under the situation of rapid social and economic development in my country, the scale of foreign exchanges is also expanding. Since the 1990s, the tourism industry has gradually grown into an important pillar in the development of my countrys market economy. However, in the process of the rapid development of the tourism industry, there has been a serious shortage of high-quality and professional tourism professionals, and there has also been a huge gap in front-line grassroots management talents in tourism enterprises. In view of this situation, in order to seek long-term development and supply a large number of professional talents for the development of the tourism industry, the tourism management major in higher vocational colleges has invested a lot of energy in teaching reform and achieved great results, but there are still some problems that need to be solved urgently. This paper mainly discusses the management reform of tourism major in higher vocational colleges.
