| 摘要 |
探讨精细化护理配合心理护理在中晚期异常妊娠引产患者中的护理价值。方法 选取该院2021年2月到2022年2月收治的中晚期异常妊娠引产患者80例进行研究，随机分为两组，常规护理的40例患者是对照组，行精细化护理配合心理护理的40例患者为观察组。结果 观察组SAS、SDS评分更低；护理满意度（95.00%）较对照组（77.50%）更高，SQL-90评分和PSQI评分较对照组更优，2组相比，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 精细化护理配合心理护理既能有效改善患者不良心态，又能使其满意度得到进一步的优化，值得广为运用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the nursing value of fine nursing combined with psychological nursing in induced labor of middle and late abnormal pregnancy. Methods 80 patients with induced labor of middle and late abnormal pregnancy treated in our hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected for study. They were randomly divided into two groups. 40 patients with routine nursing were the control group, and 40 patients with refined nursing combined with psychological nursing were the observation group. Results the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower; The nursing satisfaction (95.00%) was higher than that of the control group (77.50%), and the sql-90 score and PSQI score were better than those of the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion fine nursing combined with psychological nursing can not only effectively improve patients bad mentality, but also further optimize their satisfaction, which is worthy of wide application.
