| 摘要 |
早期康复护理干预在神经外科重症患者临床护理中的应用。方法 于2021.2月至2022.2月选择90例就诊于我院神经外科的重症病人进行调研，参与本次调研病人均接受对症治疗，同时配合护理干预。按照护理举措将其归纳为2个小组，每组均纳入45例病人。按照护理方案将其命名为常规组与康复组。常规组所采用的护理方案为传统常规护理，康复组则采用早期康复护理干预。总结与探究2种护理方案实施效果以及优异性。结果 常规组护理满意评分结果与康复组护理满意评分结果对照，常规组护理满意评分结果低、康复组护理满意评分结果高，两组对照，差异明显，（P<0.05）。常规组Fugl-Meyer 评分结果与康复组Fugl-Meyer 评分结果对照，前者较低、后者高，两组对照差异明显，（P<0.05）。常规组Barthel 指数与康复组Barthel 指数对照，前者较低、后者高，两组对照差异明显，（P<0.05）。结论 早期康复护理干预在神经外科重症患者临床护理中实施效果优异，此方案值得临床应用、普及。

| Abstract |
Objective To investigate the application of early rehabilitation nursing intervention in clinical nursing of severe patients in neurosurgery Methods from February 2021 to February 2022, 90 severe patients in neurosurgery of our hospital were selected for investigation. All patients participating in this investigation received symptomatic treatment and nursing intervention. According to the nursing measures, they were divided into two groups, with 45 patients in each group. They were named as routine group and rehabilitation group according to the nursing plan. The routine group adopted traditional routine nursing, while the rehabilitation group adopted early rehabilitation nursing intervention. 2 kinds of excellent nursing schemes and summary of implementation. Results the nursing satisfaction score of the routine group was compared with that of the rehabilitation group. The nursing satisfaction score of the routine group was lower and that of the rehabilitation group was higher. There was significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). The Fugl Meyer score of the routine group was lower than that of the rehabilitation group, and the latter was higher. There was significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). The Barthel index of routine group was lower than that of rehabilitation group, and the latter was higher. There was significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion early rehabilitation nursing intervention has excellent effect in the clinical nursing of severe patients in neurosurgery. This scheme is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
