| 摘要 |
探讨风险防控及细节管理在妇产科护理管理中的应用效果。方法 将我院2019年1月-2020年12月84例妇产科患者，数字表随机法分二组。对照组给予护理常规管理，风险细节干预组实施风险防控及细节管理。比较两组患者护理满意程度、患者风险事件发生率。结果 风险细节干预组患者护理满意程度高于对照组，患者风险事件发生率低于对照组，存在显著差异，P＜0.05。结论 妇产科患者实施风险防控及细节管理效果确切，可减少护理风险和提高满意度。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the application effect of risk prevention and control and detail management in obstetrics and gynecology nursing management. Methods 84 cases of obstetrics and gynecology patients in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into two groups by digital table method. The control group was given routine nursing management, and the risk detail intervention group was given risk prevention and control and detail management. The nursing satisfaction degree and the incidence of patient risk events were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction of patients in the risk detail intervention group was higher than that in the control group, and the incidence of risk events was lower than that in the control group, with significant differences (P < 0.05). Conclusion The effect of risk prevention and detail management in obstetrics and gynecology patients is accurate, which can reduce nursing risk and improve satisfaction.
