| 摘要 |
分析舒适护理在血液透析患者护理中的应用效果。方法 为了将当前血液透析患者的护理水平提升，首先需要改变传统的护理干预措施，研究开展对比实验，实验对象为本院的70例血液透析患者，将患者进行双盲分组后，分别采取不同的护理方式，即常规护理以及舒适护理，比较两组患者的护理结果。结果 对比后发现，观察组患者的护理效果明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 在血液透析过程中，采取舒适护理可以取得更加优质的护理效果，提升患者舒适度。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the application effect of comfortable nursing in nursing of hemodialysis patients. Methods: In order to improve the nursing level of the current hemodialysis patients, it is necessary to change the traditional nursing intervention measures, and carry out comparative experiments. The experimental subjects are 70 hemodialysis patients in our hospital. The nursing methods of the two groups were compared, that is, routine nursing and comfort nursing. Results: After comparison, it was found that the nursing effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: In the process of hemodialysis, taking comfort nursing can achieve better nursing effect and improve patient comfort.
