| 摘要 |
探讨责任制护理在老年重症肺炎中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年1月到2022年1月在我院进行治疗的30例老年重症肺炎患者作为研究对象，随机分成实验组和对照组各15例，对照组使用常规护理方式，实验组在常规护理方式的基础上采用责任制整体护理。比较两组患者平均住院时间、康复效果和对护理的满意程度。结果 实验组患者的平均住院时间明显短于对照组，并且实验组的康复效果整体较好，康复的比例也较大，对护理满意程度比较好，P＜0.05，具有可比性。结论 责任制整体护理在老年重症肺炎中的应用效果较好，值得在临床上推广应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of responsibility nursing in elderly patients with severe pneumonia. Methods 30 elderly patients with severe pneumonia treated in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 15 cases in each group. The control group used routine nursing, and the experimental group used responsible holistic nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The average length of stay, rehabilitation effect and satisfaction with nursing were compared between the two groups. Results the average hospital stay of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, and the rehabilitation effect of the experimental group was better as a whole, the proportion of rehabilitation was also larger, and the degree of satisfaction with nursing was better, P < 0.05, which was comparable. Conclusion the application effect of responsibility system holistic nursing in elderly patients with severe pneumonia is better. It can reduce the average hospital stay of patients, achieve better rehabilitation effect, and improve patients satisfaction with nursing. It is worthy of clinical application.
