| 摘要 |
针对当前行护理质量敏感指标的优质护理用于神经内科脑卒中吞咽障碍患者的效果开展深入分析，为神经内科脑卒中吞咽障碍患者的病情干预效果的提升指明改进方向。方法 研究人员结合纳排标准，选择了我院2020年12月至2021年12月诊断并且治疗护理的神经内科患者为研究对象，根据入院治疗的时间先后进行编号，随机数字法将200例研究对象分两组。研究组（n=100例）给予行护理质量敏感指标的优质护理；参照组（n=100例）给予常规护理。结果 参照组的不良反应高于研究组，组间差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。参照组的护理满意度低于研究组，组间差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。参照组的GUSS吞咽功能评估量表低于研究组，组间差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 行护理质量敏感指标的优质护理对于吞咽障碍患者有着积极价值，其能够改善其不良反应，进一步调整患者的护理满意度，优化GUSS吞咽功能评估量表结果，实现护理质量水平的提升，充分发挥护理质量敏感指标的价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To conduct an in-depth analysis of the effect of high-quality nursing with sensitive indicators of nursing quality on patients with dysphagia after stroke in the department of neurology, and to point out an improvement direction for the improvement of the intervention effect of patients with dysphagia after stroke in the department of neurology. Methods Based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria, the researchers selected neurology patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital from December 2020 to December 2021 as the research subjects. The numbers were sequentially numbered according to the time of admission and treatment, and 200 cases were studied by random number method. The subjects were divided into two groups. The research group (n=100 cases) was given high-quality nursing with sensitive indicators of nursing quality; the reference group (n=100 cases) was given routine care. Results The adverse reactions in the reference group were higher than those in the study group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the reference group was lower than that of the research group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The GUSS swallowing function assessment scale of the reference group was lower than that of the study group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion High-quality nursing with sensitive indicators of nursing quality has positive value for patients with dysphagia. It can improve their adverse reactions, further adjust the nursing satisfaction of patients, optimize the results of the GUSS swallowing function assessment scale, and achieve the improvement of nursing quality. Give full play to the value of sensitive indicators of nursing quality.
