| 摘要 |
分析头孢地尼联合奥硝唑治疗盆腔炎临床效果。方法 选取2021年5月－2022年5月在我院治疗的70例盆腔炎患者，将其随机分为两组，即为研究组与对照组，每组35例，对照组应用于奥硝唑进行治疗，研究组联合头孢地尼治疗，对比两组患者临床疗效、不良反应发生率。结果 研究组总有效率为97.14%，高于对照组80.00%；研究组不良反应发生率为2.86%，低于对照组22.86%，两组数据结果存在统计学差异，P＜0.05。结论 盆腔炎患者应用头孢地尼联合奥硝唑治疗，取得了理想的效果，可有效提高治疗效果，降低不良反应发生，具有较高的安全性。

| Abstract |
Objective to analyze the clinical effect of cefdinir combined with ornidazole in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods 70 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease treated in our hospital from May 2021 to may 2022 were randomly divided into two groups: the study group and the control group, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Ornidazole, and the study group was treated with cefdinir. The clinical efficacy and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results the total effective rate of the study group was 97.14%, higher than that of the control group (80.00%); The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 2.86%, lower than 22.86% in the control group. There was a statistical difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion the application of cefdinir combined with ornidazole in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease has achieved ideal results, which can effectively improve the treatment effect, reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, and have high safety.
