| 摘要 |
探讨八段锦结合回授法健康教育对2型糖尿病患者糖脂代谢及生活质量的影响。方法 选择我院100例于2021年01~08月在内分泌科住院的2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象。对照组患者进行常规健康教育模式，观察组采用八段锦结合回授法进行健康教育。比较两组患者干预前后的血糖及生活质量。结果 干预3个月后，观察组患者血糖指标均低于对照组；观察组患者生活质量各维度评分均优于对照组。结论 八段锦结合回授法健康教育对2型糖尿病患者干预能有效控制血糖，提高生活质量，值得推广应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of health education on glucose and lipid metabolism and quality of life in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 100 type 2 diabetes patients hospitalized in the endocrinology department from 01 to 0 August 2021 were selected as the study subjects. The control group had the routine health education mode, and the observation group used the combined teaching method for health education. To compare the blood glucose and quality of life before and after the intervention. Results After 3 months of intervention, the index of blood glucose was lower than that of the control group, and the score of the quality of life was better than that of the control group. Conclusion Baduanjin combined with backwater health education intervention for type 2 diabetes patients can effectively control blood sugar and improve the quality of life, which is worth popularizing and applying.
