| 摘要 |
目的:观察对糖尿病视网膜眼底病变患者施以 PDCA 循环护理对生活质量和护理质量的影响。
方法:观察对象选择于 2021.1~2022.1 就诊于我院的糖尿病视网膜眼底病变患者 70 例，随机数字法予以分组
研究，施以 PDCA 循环护理的 35 例患者分入试验组，施以常规护理的 35 例患者分入对照组，对护理效果
（生活质量、护理质量、护患关系）进行对比和观察。结果:生活质量各项评分护理前 2 组比较 P>0.05；与
对照组比较，生活质量护理后试验组各项评分明显较高（P<0.05）；与对照组比较，试验组护理质量（病房
管理、护理态度、护理技能、护理知识）各项评分明显较高（P<0.05）；与对照组对比，试验组护患关系明
显较好（P<0.05）。结论:对糖尿病视网膜眼底病变患者施以 PDCA 循环护理效果突出，可改善生活质量，
可促进护理质量提升，有利于护患关系的良好建立，建议推广。

| Abstract |
Objective: Observe the impact of PDCA cycle care on the quality of life and nursing quality on
patients with diabetic retinopathy. Methods: Observation objects Select 70 patients with diabetic retinopathy
patients with diabetic retinal lesions in our hospital in 2021.1 ~ 2022. The patient is divided into the control group,
The nursing effect (quality of life,nursing quality,nurse-patient relationship) was compared and observed.Results:
The first two groups of the quality of the quality of life were compared with P> 0.05; compared with the control
group, the test group after the quality of life was significantly higher (P <0.05); compared with the control group,
the test groups nursing quality (the ward of the ward Management, nursing attitude, nursing skills, nursing
knowledge) scores are significantly higher (P <0.05) ； Compared with the control group, the nurse-patient
relationship in the experimental group was significantly better (P<0.05).Conclusion: The effect of PDCA cycle
nursing on patients with diabetic retinopathy is outstanding, which can improve the quality of life, promote the
improvement of nursing quality, and help to establish a good relationship between nurses and patients. It is
recommended to promote.
