| 摘要 |
总结了培养部队医院护理人员应急救援能力对处理突发事件的应急医学救援的影响，认为有
序的护理应急救援可以提高突发事件抢救的成功率。护理应急救援队伍在各方面能力的不断提高，适应新
形势下部队医院护理事业发展的需要，并能在紧急救护状态下圆满完成任务。

| Abstract |
This paper summarizes the influence of cultivating the emergency rescue ability of nurses in
military hospitals on emergency medical rescue in dealing with emergencies, and believes that orderly nursing
emergency rescue can improve the success rate of emergency rescue. The continuous improvement of the ability of
nursing emergency rescue team in all aspects can meet the needs of the development of nursing in military hospitals
under the new situation, and can successfully complete the task under the state of emergency rescue.
