| 摘要 |
分析个案护理在临床护理教学中应用的效果。方法 选取2020年1月到2021年12月在我院的护理实习生80人，随机平分为对照组和观察组，每组40人。对照组接受常规护理教学方法，观察组接受个案护理教学方法。对比两组护理教学的教学质量以及教学后的考核成绩水平。结果 观察组护理教学的教学质量评分显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）；考核成绩水平也同样明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 个案护理教学方法既可以提高教学质量，同时又增加护生考核成绩水平，从而拓展了护生今后在临床护理中的发展道路，值得推广与应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the application effect of case nursing in clinical nursing teaching. Methods 80 nursing interns in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 people in each group. The control group received routine nursing teaching methods, and the observation group received case nursing teaching methods. The teaching quality of nursing teaching and the examination result level after teaching were compared between the two groups. Results The teaching quality score of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (P < 0.05). The level of assessment was also significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The case nursing teaching method can not only improve the teaching quality, but also increase the level of nursing students assessment, thus expanding the development path of nursing students in clinical nursing in the future. It is worth popularizing and applying.
