| 摘要 |
目的:为了研究小儿阑尾炎围手术期予以综合护理的临床效果以及价值评估。方法:选取我院
2019 年 8 月到 2020 年 9 月的 100 例围手术期小儿阑尾炎，并将患者进行随机编号，将编号为单数的围手术
期小儿阑尾炎患者命名为对照组，将编号为双数的围手术期小儿阑尾炎患者命名为实验组。对于实验组的
围手术期小儿阑尾炎患者而言，对其采用综合护理的方式，对于对照组的围手术期小儿阑尾炎患者而言，
对其采用常规护理的方式。根据两组患者之间的护理效果比较，从而来研究小儿阑尾炎围手术期予以综合
护理的临床效果。结果:实验组的围手术期小儿阑尾炎患者的心理情绪指数以及护理效果和并发症复发率指
数均优于对照组的围手术期小儿阑尾炎患者，将两组围手术期小儿阑尾炎患者的结果相比较，差异具有统
计学意义（P<0.05）。结论:对于围手术期的小儿阑尾炎患者而言，采用综合护理的方式所取得的护理效果
以及对于复发症的降低均有效，且相较于采用常规护理方式的对照组围手术期小儿阑尾炎患者而言，采用
综合护理的方式进行治疗的患者的心理情绪指数优于对照组的围手术期小儿阑尾炎患者。

| Abstract |
Objective: To study the clinical effect and value evaluation of comprehensive nursing in the
perioperative period of pediatric appendicitis. Methods: 100 cases of perioperative pediatric appendicitis in our
hospital from August 2019 to September 2020 were selected, and the patients were randomly numbered. The odd
number of perioperative pediatric appendicitis patients were named as the control group, and the even number of
perioperative pediatric appendicitis patients were named as the experimental group. For the patients with
perioperative pediatric appendicitis in the experimental group, comprehensive nursing was adopted, and for the
patients with perioperative pediatric appendicitis in the control group, routine nursing was adopted. According to
the comparison of nursing effects between the two groups, we can study the clinical effect of comprehensive
nursing in the perioperative period of pediatric appendicitis. Results: the psychological emotion index, nursing
effect and complication recurrence rate index of perioperative children with appendicitis in the experimental group
were better than those in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <
0.05). Conclusion: for the perioperative children with appendicitis, the nursing effect achieved by comprehensive
nursing and the reduction of recurrence are effective. Compared with the control group with routine nursing, the
psychological emotion index of the patients treated by comprehensive nursing is better than that of the control
group.
