Objective To explore the formulation and application of cardiac rehabilitation grading nursing program in patients with severe coronavirus heart. Methods From March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research period of this study, and 98 severe coronavirus patients admitted to our hospital were selected as the re- search subjects of this study. They were divided into two groups, including the control group and the intervention group, with 49 entries in the control group and 49 entries in the intervention group. Nursing intervention was per- formed for all patients with severe CAD, in which the control group used the usual care approach, and the inter- venetion group used cardiac rehabilitation graded care based on the usual care of the control group. The two groups of coronary heart disease patients were collected through the adverse mood, patient quality of life and care satisfac- tion for 1 month of care. Results After nursing with different nursing methods, the postoperative adverse conditions (SDS depression score and SAS anxiety score) of the patients in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The quality was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the nursing of patients with severe coronary heart disease, the use of cardiac rehabilitation graded nursing for disease nursing can improve the quality of life of patients with severe coronary heart disease, reduce angina pectoris and relieve postoperative adverse emotions in patients with coronary heart disease, and improve nursing satisfaction.
