| 摘要 |
分析骨科专科护理干预应用在老年髋部骨折患者术后康复时的具体效果。方法 2020年12月至2021年12月期间，我院收治了50例老年髋部骨折患者，将其当做本次实验的对象，通过随机分配的原则，分为两组，常规护理作为对照组，与添加骨科专科护理干预的实验组展开对比。比较两组患者的具体恢复情况。结果 骨科专科护理干预的应用，使老年髋部骨折患者的术后康复效果更好，患者的髋关节功能状态、日常生活活动能力、心理状态、护理满意率等也更优，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 骨科专科护理干预能够有效改善患者预后，缓解不良情绪的同时大幅度提升了护理满意度，故值得广泛推广。

| Abstract |
Objective To analyze the specific effect of orthopedic nursing intervention in elderly hip fracture patients. Methods From December 2020 to December 2021, 50 cases of elderly patients with hip fracture were admitted to our hospital, which were taken as the subjects of this experiment and divided into two groups through the principle of random allocation. Routine care was used as the control group and compared with the experimental group with specialized orthopedic nursing intervention. Specific recovery was compared between the two groups. Results The application of orthopedic nursing intervention made elderly hip fracture patients, hip function state, psychological state and nursing satisfaction rate more significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Orthopaedic specialty nursing intervention can effectively improve patient prognosis and greatly improve nursing satisfaction, so it is worth being widely promoted.
