| 摘要 |
对技能训练在住院精神障碍患者康复中的应用效果与价值进行研究。方法 采用对照研究的方式以2020年11月-2021年11月为研究起止时间，选择我院精神科住院患者68例作为研究对象，将68例患者按照随机分组法划分为对照组（n=34）与观察组（n=34），为保障研究公平性与客观性，护理工作人员不发生变化。其中对照组患者使用常规治疗方案与康复训练措施进行日常康复训练，观察组患者采用技能训练开展康复训练。在同时对患者进行训练后，在不同训练阶段对患者SST、BPRS评分等进行对比，以对技能训练在住院精神障碍患者康复中的应用价值进行分析。结果 观察组患者在进行体能训练后日常基本技能大幅提升，同时语言交流训练下患者社会人际交往能力伴随训练时间的延长而不断提升，由此患者日常生活能力同比增强，数据相较于对照组康复训练数据来讲，数据优势十分明显；患者技能训练前后简明精神病评定量表评分对比，其中观察组患者在训练过程中患者精神状态评分下降趋势明显，训练前与训练后数据差距明显，与对照组数据相比，数据差异明显，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 技能训练能够有效的改善精神障碍患者生活能力与人际交往现状，对提升患者生活质量，有效缓解精神障碍现象具有重要价值，在临床中具有较高的应用价值，值得推广与应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To study the effect and value of skill training in the rehabilitation of hospitalized patients with mental disorders. Methods in the way of control study, 68 psychiatric inpatients in our hospital were selected as the research object from November 2020 to November 2021. 68 patients were randomly divided into control group (n = 34) and observation group (n = 34). In order to ensure the fairness and objectivity of the study, the nursing staff did not change. The patients in the control group used routine treatment and rehabilitation training measures for daily rehabilitation training, and the patients in the observation group used skill training for rehabilitation training. After training the patients at the same time, compare the SST and BPRS scores of the patients in different training stages, so as to analyze the application value of skill training in the rehabilitation of hospitalized patients with mental disorders. Results the basic daily skills of the patients in the observation group were greatly improved after physical training. At the same time, the social interpersonal skills of the patients under language communication training were continuously improved with the extension of training time. Therefore, the daily living ability of the patients was enhanced year-on-year. Compared with the rehabilitation training data of the control group, the data advantage was very obvious; The scores of the concise psychiatric rating scale before and after skill training were compared. The mental state scores of patients in the observation group decreased significantly during training, and the data gap between before and after training was obvious. Compared with the data of the control group, the data difference was obvious, and the difference had statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion skill training can effectively improve the living ability and interpersonal communication status of patients with mental disorders. It is of great value to improve the quality of life of patients and effectively alleviate the phenomenon of mental disorders. It has high application value in clinic and is worthy of popularization and application.
