| 摘要 |
探讨孕产妇分娩过程中采取全程陪伴分娩护理助产的效果。方法 选择我院在2019年1月至2020年6月收集的孕产妇120例进行研究分析，按照随机数字表分组方式分全程组和常规组各60例，常规组采取常规分娩护理，全程组给予全程陪伴分娩护理助产，观察产妇在第一、第二、第三产程焦虑自评量表、分娩护理满意度。结果 全程组产妇在第一、第二、第三产程焦虑自评量表低于常规组，P＜0.05。全程组分娩护理满意度高于常规组，P＜0.05。结论 全程陪伴分娩护理助产在孕产妇中的应用意义大，可有效减轻分娩过程焦虑，提高孕妇的分娩护理满意度。

| Abstract |
Objective To explore the effect of nursing and midwifery in the whole process of pregnant and puerpera delivery. Methods our hospital in January 2019 to June 2020 study of 120 cases of pregnant and parturient women collected analysis, according to random number table grouping points the entire group and routine group 60 cases, normal group take regular delivery care, the entire group was given with all the delivery care midwifery, observed in the first, second and third stages of maternal anxiety self-assessment scale, delivery care satisfaction. Results The self-rating scale of anxiety in the first, second and third stage of labor in the whole group was lower than that in the routine group (P < 0.05). The satisfaction of delivery nursing in the whole group was higher than that in the conventional group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The whole process of accompanied delivery nursing midwifery in pregnant women has great application significance, can effectively reduce the anxiety in the delivery process, improve pregnant womens satisfaction with delivery nursing.
