| 摘要 |
开展基于绿色施工理念的建筑工程管理工作，不仅可以减少材料浪费、污染等问题发生，还能推动建筑行业的长远发展。但实际上，建筑工程管理工作存在对绿色施工认识不足、重利益而轻管理、监督力度不足等问题，制约了绿色施工管理的重要作用发挥。因此要求对这些问题展开深入分析，并采用针对性措施进行优化改进，促使建筑工程管理水平与质量得到提升。鉴于此，本文对绿色施工理念下的建筑工程管理策略进行分析和讨论。

| Abstract |
To carry out the construction engineering management work based on the concept of green construction can not only reduce material waste, pollution and other problems, but also promote the long-term development of the construction industry. But in fact, there are some problems, such as insufficient understanding of green construction, emphasizing interests rather than management, and insufficient supervision, which restrict the important role of green construction management. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out in-depth analysis of these problems, and adopt targeted measures to optimize and improve them, so as to promote the management level and quality of construction projects. In view of this, this paper analyzes and discusses the construction engineering management strategy under the concept of green construction.
