| 摘要 |
基层免疫规划工作是控制传染病传播的重要工作环节，特别是在后疫情时代下，我国的基层免疫规划工作面临着严峻的挑战，高质量的基层免疫规划工作对于提高人们疫苗接种率起着重要的保证作用。在后疫情时代下，疫苗接种成为频繁且重要的工作之一，在现实基层工作中，则存在着各种因素，导致了免疫纠纷的出现，免疫纠纷不仅不利于工作开展，也不利于当前疫情防控形势。针对出现的免疫纠纷问题，本文重点分析了存在的几点问题，提出了防范思路，以期为基层免疫规划工作更好更快开展提供有效的参考意见。

| Abstract |
Grass roots immunization planning is an important part of controlling the spread of infectious diseases. Especially in the post epidemic era, Chinas grass-roots immunization planning is facing severe challenges. High quality grass-roots immunization planning plays an important role in improving peoples vaccination rate. In the post epidemic era, vaccination has become one of the frequent and important work. In the real grass-roots work, there are various factors, which lead to the emergence of immunization disputes. Immunization disputes are not only not conducive to the work, but also not conducive to the current situation of epidemic prevention and control. Aiming at the problems of immunization disputes, this paper focuses on the analysis of several existing problems and puts forward preventive ideas, in order to provide effective reference for the better and faster development of grass-roots immunization planning.
