| 摘要 |
论重点环节护理在慢性根尖周炎患者中的应用。方法 随机选择在我院医治的慢性根尖周炎患者80例，按随机方式分组，其中40例采取常规护理（对照组），另40例实施重点环节护理（观察组），经观察对比，得出结论。结果 对于各项数据的对比来说，观察组护理方法的各项数据更加有优势，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。护理之后观察组健康知识掌握情况、焦虑和疼痛程度、根管治疗并发症发生率、治疗时间、治疗行为明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 使用本研究方法进行护理，可以在一定程度上改善患者的治疗行为，缩短治疗时间，减少并发症，值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract |
Objective To discuss the application of key link nursing in patients with chronic periapical periodontitis. Methods 80 cases of chronic periapical periodontitis patients were randomly selected in our hospital and divided into groups according to random way. Among them, 40 cases took routine nursing (control group) and 40 cases carried out key link nursing (observation group). After observation and comparison, conclusions were drawn. Results For the comparison of data, the data of the observation group nursing method was more advantageous, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After nursing, the observation group was significantly better than the control group in terms of health knowledge, anxiety and pain, incidence of root canal treatment complications, treatment duration and treatment behavior, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion Nursing with the method of this study can improve the treatment behavior of patients to a certain extent, shorten the treatment time and reduce complications, which is worthy of clinical application.
