| 摘要 |
分析优质护理对支气管扩张咯血患者的临床效果。方法 2020年4月-2021年5月作为研究时间，将此期间我院收治的支气管扩张咯血患者98例采用随机数字法平均分组，对照组采用常规护理干预，实验组采用优质护理干预，分析应用效果。结果 对比各临床指标，实验组优于对照组，且心理状态优于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 优质护理能够帮助患者缓解临床症状，缩短患者的咯血时间，帮助患者调整其出现的不良心态，使其治疗依从性提升，对护理人员的工作作出充分的理解和肯定，保持良好的护理满意度。

| Abstract |
Objective to analyze the clinical effect of high-quality nursing on patients with bronchiectasis and hemoptysis. Methods from April 2020 to may 2021, 98 patients with bronchiectasis and hemoptysis treated in our hospital during this period were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention and the experimental group was treated with high-quality nursing intervention. The application effect was analyzed. Results comparing the clinical indexes, the experimental group was better than the control group, and the psychological state was better than the control group. The nursing satisfaction was higher than the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion high quality nursing can help patients alleviate clinical symptoms, shorten the time of hemoptysis, help patients adjust their bad mentality, improve their treatment compliance, fully understand and affirm the work of nurses, and maintain good nursing satisfaction.
