全程综合护理模式对于胰腺癌新辅助化疗患者的临床价值

摘要	探讨全程综合护理模式对于胰腺癌新辅助化疗患者的临床价值及其临床作用。方法本次研究对象共70例，均为2021年3月到2022年2月期间于我院接受新辅助化疗的患者，按照随机抓阄法将患者分为观察组和对照组各35例，对照组患者开展常规护理模式，观察组患者开展全程综合护理模式。结果两组患者的总依从性分别为观察组97.14%和对照组77.14%；护理满意度分别为观察组（93.26±3.57）分、对照组（84.51±3.49）分，具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者的整体健康水平生活质量明显高于对照组，具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全程综合护理模式对于胰腺癌新辅助化疗患者的依从性更好，护理接受度更为广泛，值得推广应用。
Abstract	bjective To explore the clinical value and role of the whole process comprehensive nursing model in patients with pancreatic cancer undergoing neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Methods a total of 70 patients who received neoadjuvant chemotherapy in our hospital from March 2021 to February 2022 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 35 cases in each group. The patients in the control group carried out routine nursing mode and the patients in the observation group carried out whole process comprehensive nursing mode. Results the total compliance of the two groups were 97.14% in the observation group and 77.14% in the control group; The nursing satisfaction was 93.26 ± 3.57 in the observation group and 84.51 ± 3.49 in the control group (P < 0.05);The overall health level and quality of life of the patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion the whole course comprehensive nursing model has better compliance and wider nursing acceptance for patients with pancreatic cancer undergoing neoadjuvant chemotherapy, which is worth popularizing.
