Objective To explore and analyze the anesthesia nursing of elderly patients undergoing hip arthroplasty. Methods the beginning time of the study was may 2020 and the end time was December 2022. Under the action of computer program, 60 elderly patients who received hip arthroplasty in our hospital during this time period were divided into two groups: 30 patients in the control group used routine nursing and 30 patients in the observation group used anesthetic nursing. The final intervention effect of patients was compared between the two groups. Results the group with more final time consumed by clinical indexes was the control group, and the group with more intraoperative blood output was the control group (P < 0.05); The group with higher probability of complications during treatment was the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion for the elderly patients undergoing hip arthroplasty for disease treatment, the corresponding nursing intervention should be carried out through the anesthesia nursing mode, so that they can complete the operation in a shorter time. At the same time, the time of postoperative recovery is shorter, they can recover in a shorter time, and the probability of complications has been reduced to a certain extent. It is a way worthy of clinical promotion and use.
