【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze psychological disorders of cerebral vasospasm in patients caused by aneurysm rupture,discussing practical nursing care measures.Methods:Select patients of psychological disorders of cerebral vasospasm caused by aneurysm rupture in our hospital 66 cases as subjects in this study from March 2010 to October 2014,randomly divided into experimental group of 33cases and control group of 33 cases,patients in the control group received ordinary routine care while experimental group received nursing care intervention,compared two groups of patients with anxiety scale scores SAS, SDS self-rating depression scale scores and quality of life scores QL and assess the effect of each group care model.Results:After one month of each nursing intervention,SAS, SDS scores of patients in the experimental group were significantly lower than usual care patients while the QL scores were significantly higher than control group,The mental disorder’s degree of patients using nursing care intervention model was significantly lower than patients in the usual care group,and the difference was significant statistically(P <0.05).Conclusion:The predictable care create a good preventive effect for patients psychological disorders of cerebral vasospasm caused by aneurysm rupture,can significantly improve mental state, worthy of clinical application.
