盐酸帕罗西汀片治疗PD合并抑郁和焦虑症状患者的安全性及疗效分析

【摘要】目的：探讨盐酸帕罗西汀片在帕金森病（PD）合并抑郁和焦虑症患者中的应用疗效及安全性。 方法：选取于我院接受住院治疗的80例PD合并抑郁和焦虑症患者为研究对象，按照随机数表法随机将患者分为对照组和实验组，每组各40例。两组均以抗PD常规疗法治疗，实验组在此基础上加用盐酸帕罗西汀片治疗。评价两组患者治疗疗效并评估两组患者治疗前后抑郁量表（HAMD）、帕金森病综合评分表（UPDRS）及焦虑量表（HAMA）评分情况。 结果：两组患者治疗后UPDRS、HAMD及HAMA评分均有明显下降，在相应时段实验组患者分值下降程度较对照组更明显，经统计学分析，P<0.01。治疗6周后，实验组患者帕金森、抑郁及焦虑症状均较治疗前有了明显改变，三者症状总有效率分别为82%、80%和76%，对照组患者总有效率分别为58%、68%及64%，两组相比差异显著，P均<0.01。 结论：盐酸帕罗西汀片联合PD常规疗法运用于PD合并抑郁和焦虑患者能取得较好疗效，改善患者抑郁焦虑症状，且不良反应较小。

| Abstract |
[Abstract]Objective: To explore the Clinical treatment effects and safety analysis of paroxetine on Parkinson’s disease patients complicated with depression and anxiety symptoms. Methods: 80 patients with Parkinson’s disease complicated with depression and anxiety treating in our hospital were selected as objects. And they were divided into two groups randomly, with 80 cases in each group. The contrast-group used the routine treatment to oppose PD, experiment group was given paroxetine on basis of contrast group. To observe and compare treatment effect and scores of HAMD, UPDRS and HAMA of patients in the two groups. Results:HAMD, UPDRS and HAMA scores of two groups were both decreased significantly, and the experiment group decreased more than the contrast group(P<0.01). After treating for 6 weeks, the total effective rate of PD, depression and anxiety symptoms of experiment group were 82%, 80% and 76% ,and they were significantly higher than the control group which were 58%, 68% and 64%, after statistics analysis, P< 0.01. Conclusion: Paroxetine treating on Parkinson’s disease patients complicated with depression and anxiety symptoms can significantly improve symptoms, improve the curative effect and has little side effects.
