[Abstracts]Objective: To study the application effects of two articles Chinese Version (PHQ-2-C)of the patient health questionnaire, 20 items flow call of Depression Scale (CES-D) and second edition Chinese Version (BDI- II -C) of Beck depression scale in the screening of adolescent with depressive disorders. Methods:Adolescents were selected by the cluster sampling method with 3 scales with screening of depressive disorders, the reliability of each scale was evaluated and SCID was the validity of the gold standard . Results: Cronbach’s α coefficients of PHQ-2-C、CES-D and BDI-Ⅱ-C scale were respectively 0.75、0.93 and 0.84，all＞0.6；Pearson’s r coefficients were respectively 0.86、0.87 and 0.79，P <0.05. The sensitivity of the scale in turn was CES-D（95%）＞BDI-Ⅱ-C（93%）＞PHQ-2-C（89%），and specificity in turn was BDI-Ⅱ-C（97%）＞CES-D（93%）＞PHQ-2-C（88%）. Conclusion: The 3 scales have a high degree of reliability and stability, the sensitivity and specificity of PHQ-2-C are slightly lower, suitable for the early screening for depression, and the sensitivity and specificity of CES-D are similar to those of BDI- II -C and it is suitable for further screening after the first screening.
