【摘要】目的:探讨胃肠肿瘤术后患者实施纽曼健康模式的临床意义,分析其对心理状况及生存质量的影响。方法:将我院于2012年1月至2015年5月期间收治的114例行胃肠肿瘤术的患者随机分成研究组和对照组,对照组采用常规健康教育,研究组采用纽曼健康模式进行健康教育。使用汉米尔度焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉米尔度抑郁量表(HAMD)评估患者干预前后的心理状况,同时使用欧洲癌症生存质量问卷比较两组的生存质量。结果:实施干预前,两组患者的HAMA、HAMD、生活质量评分无明显差异(P>0.05),通过干预后,研究组的HAMA、HAMD评分明显低于对照组(P<0.01),认知功能、躯体功能、情绪功能、角色功能及整体功能评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:健康教育可以有效缓解胃肠肿瘤术后患者的负面情绪,改善生存质量。
Abstract
【Abstract】Objective To explore the clinical value of Newman health mode in psychological state and survival quality of postoperative patients with gastrointestinal tumor. Methods 114 cases of postoperative patients with gastrointestinal tumor of our hospital from January 2012 to May 2015 were divided into research group and control group, patients in control group received conventional health education, while those in research group received Newman health mode. The psychological states of these two groups were evaluated with HAMA and HAMD scales. Meanwhile, the survival quality was evaluated with European cancer life quality questionnaire. Results: Before the implementation of intervention, there was no statistical differences in HAMA, HAMD and survival quality between the two groups (P>0.05). After intervention, the HAMA and HAMD scores of research group were considerably lower than control group (P<0.01), survival quality scores were significantly higher than control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Heath education could effectively alleviate the negative emotions and enhance survival quality of postoperative patients with gastrointestinal tumor.
