【Abstract】Objective To study the efficacy and safety of perospirone in the treatment the efficacy and safety of amphetamine induced psychiatric and behavioraldisorders.Methods selected in our hospital in January 2014 June to 2015 June from 42 cases of mental and behavioral disorders due to amphetamine type stimulants patients by perospirone treatment, The ratio of the reduction of Brief psychiatric scale (BPRS)and Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA)was used to assess efficacy, and the treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS)was used to assess side effects． Results the use of perospirone for the treatment of patients, 4 weeks after curative effect, the total efficiency of 97.6%. Treatment after 4 weeks with Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale (table, Hamilton Anxiety Scale table scores were lower after treatment than that before treatment and 2 weeks later.Conclusion for amphetamine type stimulants induced mental and behavioral disorders were treated with perospirone, obvious therapeutic effect, adverse reactions occurrence rate is low, it is worth widely used.
