【Abstract 】 Objective： To investigate effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on anxiety and depression of patients with anxiety and depression. Methods 86 patients with functional indigestion who were treated in our hospital over a period from October,2014 to October,2015 were selected and were divided into control group and observation group randomly(in each group, n=43). All patients received same treatment. These patients in the control group were given routine nursing measures and those patients in the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention. After finish of treatment and nursing, psychological states including anxiety and depression of the patients in the two groups were evaluated and compared. Results ：The proportions of anxiety and depression in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(both P<0.05). Conclusion ：Comprehensive nursing intervention play active(positive) roles in relieving anxiety and depression of patient with functional indigestion. So it can be used in clinic widely.
