门诊抗抑郁药的应用分析

摘要	了解我院门诊抗抑郁药物的应用状况，探讨其变化趋势和市场动态。方法：以用药金额排序法对我院2011.1-2013.12抗抑郁药物的品种和金额等进行归类统计，并用限定日剂量法对药物使用进行评估。结果：2011.1-2013.12我院口服抗抑郁药物中用药金额和DDDs都是增长的趋势，用药品种变化不大，以国产药占较大比例。讨论:应注意口服抗抑郁药物的合理使用，加大国产新药的开发和使用，同时配合进口药的临床应用。
Abstract	Objective: To understand the application status of antidepressant drugs in outpatient department of our hospital，and to explore the change trend and market dynamics.Method: Catalogue and count the variety and amount of anti depression drug，witch used sequencing method of the amount of medication，from 2011.1-2013.12，and the drug was assessed using the defined daily dose method.Result: The amount of anti depression drug and DDDs showed growth，and medicine varieties changed little，with domestic drug accounted for a large proportion of.Discussion：Attention should be paid to rational use of oral antidepressant drugs,and to increase the development and use of domestic drug,and to cooperate clinical application of imported drugs.
