| 摘要 |
研究护理干预用于下肢骨折术后深静脉血栓形成的效果。方法 从2020年1月-2022年1月期间院内收治的下肢骨折患者内选择100例，根据干预形式分组，即实验组与对照组，各50例。对照组接受常规护理，实验组接受预防护理，对比干预效果。结果 实验组血小板参数优于对照组，P＜0.05。实验组凝血指标优于对照组，P＜0.05。实验组的发生几率显著低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 对下肢骨折患者实施护理干预，可以有效预防患者出现下肢深静脉血栓的形成率，改善相关症状，其具有较高的应用价值。

| Abstract |
Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on deep venous thrombosis after lower extremity fracture surgery. Methods 100 patients with lower limb fractures treated in hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group, with 500 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing and the experimental group received preventive nursing. The intervention effects were compared. Results the platelet parameters of the experimental group were better than those of the control group (P < 0.05). The coagulation index of the experimental group was better than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The probability of occurrence in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion nursing intervention for patients with lower limb fracture can effectively prevent the formation rate of lower limb deep venous thrombosis and improve related symptoms. It has high application value.
