摘要	【摘要】目的：探讨强化心理护理和健康指导对晚期胃癌患者焦虑、抑郁情绪的改善效果。方法：将108例晚期胃癌患者随机分成观察组与对照组，每组54例，对照组患者给予常规护理，观察组患者在常规护理的基础上强化心理护理和健康指导，两组患者均观察2周，分别以焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评价两组患者护理前后焦虑、抑郁评分，分别采用EORTC QLQ-C30癌症患者生活质量核心量表评价两组患者护理前后生活质量。结果：观察组SAS、SDS评分显著少于对照组（P<0.01）；观察组生活质量各维度评分均显著高于对照组（P<0.01）。结论：对晚期胃癌患者进行强化心理护理和健康指导，有助于缓解焦虑、抑郁情绪，从而提高生活质量。
Abstract	【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the improvement effect of strengthening psychological nursing and health guidance on the anxiety and depression mood of advanced gastric cancer patients. Methods: 108 cases of advanced gastric cancer patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group was 54 cases. The control group was given routine nursing. The observation strengthened psychological nursing and health guidance on the basis of routine nursing. Patients in both groups were observed for twoweeks. Self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) were respectively used to evaluate the anxiety and depression score of patients in both groups before and after nursing. EORTC QLQ-C30 form was respectively adopted to evaluate the life quality of patients in both groups before and after nursing. Results: The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significant less than that of the control group (P<0.01). Score of each dimension of life quality of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Strengthening the psychological nursing and health guidance for advanced gastric cancer patients contributes to relaxing the anxiety and depression emotions, so as to enhance life quality.
