【Abstract】Objective: To discuss the effect of behavioral intervention combined with health education on sleep quality and self efficacy in patients with depression complicated with sleep disorders.Methods:64 cases of patients with depression complicated with sleep disorders in our hospital were selected as the research subjects,who were divided into study group and control group according to the random digital table method,with 32 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given health education,who in the study group were given behavioral intervention bases on the control group.The improvement of sleep quality,self efficacy and depressive symptoms was compared between the two groups after intervention.Results:The sleep quality of each factor score and total score in the study group after intervention were significantly lower than those before intervention (P<0.05),while there were no significant differences in the control group before and after intervention (P>0.05),and the sleep quality in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group after intervention(P<0.05).The scores of self efficacy of patients in the two groups after intervention were significantly improved compared with those before intervention(P<0.05),which in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of depressive symptoms in the two groups after intervention were significantly lower than those before intervention(P<0.05),which in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Behavioral intervention combined with health education can significantly improve the sleep quality of patients with depression complicated with sleep disorders,improve the self efficacy and reduce the depressive symptoms,which can improve the nursing quality.
