观察首发精神分裂症(SZ )患者血清叶酸、同型半胱氨酸( Hcy )水平和认知功能情况,探讨血清叶酸、Hcy水平与认知功能的相关性。方法 以2014年3月-2015年6月在我院接受治疗的45例首发精神分裂症患者为观察对象,同时选取50例健康成年人作为对照组。观察两组患者血清叶酸,, Hcy水平和认知功能情况,采用Pearson相关分析法分析血清叶酸, Hcy水平与认知功能的相关性。结果首发sz组患者的叶酸水平明显低于对照组,而Hcy水平明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义;首发sz组患者的定向力、瞬时记忆和注意力计算力以及词语即刻记忆、延迟回忆等得分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);叶酸水平与患者的定向力、瞬时记忆和注意力计算力等正相关,Hcy水平与上述指标负相关,而叶酸、Hcy水平均与语言能力、视空间觉和词语即刻记忆无明显相关关系。结论 首发sz患者血清叶酸水平较低、Hcy水平较高,且上述指标与患者的认知功能密切相关。

Conclusions The level of serum folate and Hcy in the patients with first episode of SZ wereare relatively low, and the above indexes were closely related to the cognitive function of the patients.
