【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship on estrogen fluctuations during pregnancy and pregnant women anxiety depression. Methods 92 cases of anxiety depression pregnancy were researched as the experiment group, the 92 healthy pregnant women were researched as the control group, the scores of SAS, SDS, the levels of E2, FSH were compared. Results The scores of SAS, SDS, the levels of FSH for the experiment group were higher than the control group(P＜0.05); The levels of E2 for the experiment group were lower than the control group(P＜0.05); The scores of SAS, SDS for the pregnant on the levels of E2 ≤20pg/ml and ＞80pg/ml were higher than the levels of E2 ＞20~80pg/ml(P＜0.05); There had no significant difference on the scores of SAS, SDS for the pregnant on the levels of E2 ≤20pg/ml and ＞80pg/ml(P＞0.05); The FSH higher, the scores of SAS, SDS higher(P＜0.05). Conclusion Anxiety depression exist pregnant women during pregnancy E2 lack or abnormally elevated significantly and FSH significantly higher abnormal state, it has relationship on estrogen fluctuations during pregnancy and pregnant women anxiety depression.
