【Abstract】 Objective： To explore the correlation between the anxiety and depression status and the coping style of patients with cervical cancer during radiotherapy. Methods: Select patients with cervical cancer radiotherapy 95 cases in our hospital for investigation, evaluate the patients with the hospital anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS) and the Jalowiec table (JCS-60). Results: 38 cases (40%) patients with anxiety; 34 cases (35.79%) patients had depression; 25 cases (26.32%) had anxiety and depression. The level of anxiety in patients with score (6.89 + 3.28), depression score (6.17 + 3.97). The coping style of the patients with the most application was optimistic (2.11 + 0.45), and the least coping style was the emotional release (0.97 + 0.59). Face, escape, fate, emotional release and anxiety were positively correlated (P<0.01). Optimism and anxiety were negatively correlated (P<0.05). Fate, emotional release and depression were positively correlated (P<0.01). At the same time, there was no correlation between anxiety and depression and coping style (P>0.05). Conclusions: The level of anxiety and depression of patients with cervical cancer during radiotherapy was higher, and the coping style of the patients with the face, escape, fate, and emotions can further increase the level of anxiety and depression in patients.
