【Abstract】 Objective To observe multiple cerebral infarction in patients with mental disorders by the system application effect after nursing. Methods：In our hospital from September 2014 to September 2015 were treated 84 patients with multiple infarction with mental disorders were randomly divided into treatment and control groups system, each group of 42 people. Two groups of patients were treated with the same basic therapy, the control group for the traditional care, observation group (psychological + exercise + diet + massage) integrated system of care, comparative analysis of two groups of patients with cerebral infarction rehabilitation, mental disorders and restore the state sequelae patient morbidity. Results：By comparing two groups of patients with different care programs observation, we found systematic care can effectively reduce the incidence of cerebral infarction in patients with the incidence of mental disorders and other complications, Compared with the control group, the system of care patients neurological deficit functional recovery (3.21 ± 1.34ab) and independent living ability of patients who share (40.47% ab) were significantly improved. Conclusions：Systematic care to improve psychological and other aspects of life from the treatment of patients with efforts to effectively improve multiple mental disorders associated with cerebral infarction therapeutic effect, reduce the incidence of late sequelae of patients.
