Abstract: Objective: To investigate the effectiveness of adolescent anxiety of group cognitive behavioral intervention, to provide a reference for clinical treatment. Method: From January 2012 -2014 August 68 cases of adolescent anxiety disorders patients were selected, according to the digital form were randomly divided into a control group and the observation group, the 34 patients in the observation group were implemented with application of group cognitive behavioral intervention program, once a week, every time 90min, 8 weeks, the control group were implemented without any intervention during this period, after eight weeks the two groups of children were compared with anxiety Scale SCAS-C, childrens automatic thoughts scale CATS results. Result: In observation group SCAS-C total score was 27.44 ± 4.24, significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01), the observation group panic disorder, physical injury fears, separation anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, social fear, generalized anxiety six areas were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); observation group CATS total score was 38.57 ± 5.55, significantly lower than the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.01), the observation group health threats, hostility, social threats, personal failures in four areas were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Group cognitive-behavioral interventions can significantly improve symptoms of anxiety for young people, worthy of clinical application.
